Mannequins heads using ecological materials:

1. Fiber glass + Bio resin

We can produce mannequins in fiberglass + bio resin 

WINDOW FRANCE can develop the products with low rate of styrene (LRS) and also low emission of styrene (LES) in the air which will reduce considerably VOC. Currently, there are several references of (LRS) and LES resins on raw materials market.

Suppliers of polyester resin can also offer resin solutions optimized environmentally. Some references include up to 50% bio-sourced raw materials and renewable sources, while ensuring technical performance equal to standard resins, e.g. epoxy resin.

2. Head in NATURAL FIBERS + Bio resin

Today, there is a growing use of natural fibers such as sisal, flax, hemp, bamboo and coconut.

They have a very low density to reduce the weight of the pieces, while maintaining the mechanical characteristics similar to those which are reinforced by glass fibers.

Natural fiber is “unstable”. It’s very difficult to keep a good quality with the time on a full mannequin. (color change, it can be fragile…)

For the moment, we decided to offer some removable heads in natural fiber, not the full mannequin (cactus, linen, cotton, cork) + bio resin.
