Management Changes:

Windsor Marketing Group (Windsor Locks, Conn., in-store communications program provider) has named Robert Rudewicz as director of human resources. Rudewicz is a 20-year veteran of the Hartford Police Department, with 10 years of human resource and management experience.

Panolam Industries Intl. Inc. (Shelton, Conn., surfacing manufacturer) has promoted Joel Reynolds to director of specifications and corporate training for Pionite(r) laminates and Panolam(tm) brands. Additionally, David Bell has been promoted to director of design for the two divisions.

Design Collective Inc. (Columbus, Ohio, design firm) has hired Timothy Hirschfeld as an architectural designer. Hirschfeld most recently worked for Sullivan Bruck Architects.
