Description of Duties
Oversees daily retail store operations with primary focus on executing sales, marketing and operational plans that align with NOA's brand strategy and ensuring Nintendo World staff delivers a positive customer experience
Oversees day-to-day store operations, including ensuring operational excellence, driving sales and creating a dynamic customer experience
Utilizes judgment and makes decisions based upon available information
Communicates objectives and conveys clear expectations
Ensures all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
Creates and manages store schedules to provide optimal staffing coverage
Facilitates training and development initiatives for new and tenured staff
Coordinates new hire activities and training, including on-boarding attendance and on-the-job training
Supervises and directs store personnel and ensures adherence with company standards, policies and procedures
Develops others by providing feedback, guidance, training and task direction
Monitors and evaluates performance and is comfortable providing developmental feedback
Communicates effectively to facilitate learning and acceptance of new procedures
Motivates others by clarifying purpose and mission of objectives

Summary of Requirements
Five or more of years of related supervisory experience
Experience with identifying and addressing training and development needs
Experience coaching others
Strong leadership and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent computer skills
Enthusiasm towards and willingness to learn about gaming
Ability to work open, flexible schedules (including early mornings and occasional overnights)
Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, a related field or equivalent
