National Sales Executive - inStall Xpress
The National Sales Executive position for The InSite Group is responsible for managing the development of leads and sales for the inStall Xpress business unit, as directed by the Vice President of Marketing and Sales.  Duties include assisting in the development and implementation of the sales/marketing plan for inStall Xpress.  Activities will include prospecting, quoting, assurance of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
 
Background/Education Requirements
·        College degree preferred
·         3-5 years’ demonstrated business sales experience.
·         Experience in retail fixture and display sales/marketing a plus, but not required.
·         Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce Database (or equivalent),
            Map Point and/or other software packages
·         Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
           communicate with top level executives and managers.
·         Exhibits a passion for exceptional client/customer service, both internally
           and externally.
·         Experience and the ability to manage through conflict on middle management
           level issues
·         Proactive problem solving skills utilizing tools and systems that build
            relationships and trust.
·         Promotes the mission and values of the company.  
 
Duties/Responsibilities
·         Assists the VP of Marketing and Sales s in developing and implementing sales work
            for inStall Xpress
·         Works with the VP of Marketing and Sles to establish yearly projected sales forecast
·         Modifies and updates quarterly forecasts and ensures these sales goals are met.
·         Generates the weekly activity log entered into SalesForce
·         Assists in the development of the inStall Xpress sales strategy for desired
            market penetration
·         Creates and delivers customer presentations.
·         Networks with all existing and past customer contacts to determine focus on
            sales efforts.
·         Works with inStall Xpress business unit to plan and secure information to achieve
            customer specifications.
·         Communicates customer expectations and requirements to the appropriate
           Project Manager.
·         Negotiates customer agreements and sales contracts to ensure full documentation
            of all terms and conditions.
·         Expected annualized sales of $1M - $4M
·         Travel as required
