Responsibilities:
Involves: merchandising & account management activities. Interface between BRANDS & our company. manufacturing/sourcing, development, costing, sample coordination, quote development, follow-up, order processing, coordination of delivery requirements. Identify opportunity for account growth.
Other responsibilities include: documentation/validation of customer requirements, utilize product configurator & art templates that standardize methods of manufacture to meet customer demand (i.e., performance characteristics, cost parameters, material selection & stitch techniques).
Processing art requests, new product sample requests, quoting, order placements, delivery, order management (credit, billing, quality) resolve customer issues & complaints. Travel to account locations, trade shows, programs & events.
Experience as a Merchandiser to retailers is fine but applicants must have recent experience working directly with brand manufacturers.  Must be a US Citizen or Perm Res with outstanding communication skills.
