After more than 45 years of business, stationary retailer Papyrus (Goodlettsville, Tenn.) will close more than 260 stores, according to Retail Dive.

Schurman Retail Group, the parent company of Papyrus, announced that the entirety of the Papyrus fleet will close its doors. They have also hired a liquidation firm to assist in the closure process.

Though the company has not publically announced these closures, these details were released in a letter to Papyrus employees by Dominique Schurman, COO of Schurman Retail Group, according to Retail Drive.

At this time, it is undisclosed whether or not the company plans to file for bankruptcy, nor if the company will continue to sell its products via e-commerce or wholesale.
