Several VF Corp Brands Being Reviewed

VF Corp. (Greensboro, N.C.) is examining alternatives for a selection of its workwear apparel business, according to WWD.

Several of the brands up for review account for about half of the company’s workwear sales, bringing in $865 million in revenues in 2019.

The brands up for review are primarily in the business-to-business realm and include Red Kap, Horace Small, VF Solutions, Worth Authority, Bulwark, Walls, Workrite, Terra,  and Kodiak.

VF’s market capitalization is almost $38 billion, making it one of the most important fashion corporations on Wall Street.
