JOB SUMMARY: The primary role of the Senior Account Executive is to assist the Account Supervisor with project management and client leadership. Having mastered the core disciplines of flawless execution, the Senior AE has gained client trust and confidence and is expected to begin developing strong strategic thinking skills as well as leadership skills.  In addition, the Senior Account Executive is expected to have a thorough knowledge of the client’s business and a solid foundation regarding Agency financials. Ability to lead and motivate teams to complete retail experiences, custom displays and POP.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

  • Plans and manages all account specific projects from project initiation to project completion and billing
  • Clearly communicates complete and actionable information on Work Orders and Change Orders
  • Facilitates internal communication providing clear direction/constructive feedback to cross functional teams
  • Keeps team members informed on project developments and issues via regular status meetings, status reports, conference reports and meeting recaps
  • Leads highly productive agency meetings
  • Recognizes and devises solutions to potential project challenges/issues
  • Compiles and maintains a historical file for each project
  • Provides more strategic approach to the projects initiated by the client
  • Continues to perfect presentation and written skills with less supervision
  • Consistently brings innovative thinking to the business

  • Concentrates on making Integer an indispensable marketing partner
  • Exhibits thorough understanding of client’s business and industry and educates team members
  • Provides more strategic leadership vs. tactical details
  • Consistently thinks about clients business and brings added value initiatives and new ideas

  • Develops and manages project estimates and obtains client approval – revising and enforcing as necessary
  • Consistently delivers on budget
  • Manages client expenditures as if they were personal expenditures
  • Participates in monthly Finance meetings to reconcile project summaries and provides client billing and job closing direction
  • Supports supervisor in securing client payments to meet agency receivable goals
  • Identifies at least two revenue building or cost reduction ideas per year for their business
  • Develops greater understanding of agency financials/client P&L vs. project financials

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3-4 + years experience preferred
  • Agency and specific product/service experience highly desired
  • Working knowledge of visual merchandising and retail communications preferred with previous experience in identifying and sourcing props, material, hardware and lighting
  • Previous experience developing window, in-store displays, signage and pricing concepts a plus
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to complete retail experiences, custom displays and POP against tight deadlines
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a stressful environment
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with clients and agency
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Good working knowledge and respect of all Agency disciplines
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Flexibility to work extra hours with little or no advance notification
  • Working knowledge of all Agency fiscal responsibilities
