ACS Architectural Construction Services, Inc. regional office is located in Brookfield, WI specializing in retail store planning and architecture. Due to growth, we are looking for qualified individuals in both retail design/space planning and architecture to join our team.

Job responsibilities include managing all documentation, communication and quality assurance/quality control in coordination with each client’s expectations for assigned projects. Managing the overall production, schedule, and quality of store planning documents or retail and hospitality architectural documents. Implementing processes to maximize productivity.  Making scope of work and design decisions for each project based upon client’s scope/budget guidelines and regularly coordinating with the client.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

- Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store planning, related space planning, or retail and hospitality architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for Retail
