Visual Merchandising Manager

This position will be responsible for establishing and reinforcing the consistent global visual merchandising standards for all channels, including retail store locations, specialty store accounts and fixtures, and international partners.  You will work closely with Sales, Creative and Marketing to ensure a cohesive brand image and manages vendor relations, construction oversight and the visual budget.  Ensures H2o Plus locations and visual elements represent established global brand positioning. 
A minimum of at least seven years of visual merchandising experience in a multi-store environment.  Must be highly organized, detailed and a problem solver.  Must possess strong leadership and motivational skills.  Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.  A degree in visual merchandising is preferred.
