Amy Jordan is a visionary leader with over 30 years of experience in retail management and operations. Since joining Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont in 2010, she has advanced to the role of Vice President of Business Development and Facilities. Amy oversees real estate, construction, facility management, events, and new business for all 36 retail locations, donation centers, and three office and warehouse campuses, including the Good will Opportunity Campus, the Construction Skills Training Center, and the Gastonia Career and Employment Center. She pioneered the technology prototype store concept, THE GRID: Powered by Goodwill, and the boutique store concept, GW. Prior to her tenure at Goodwill, Amy spent 16 years with Gap, Inc. in various roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Elon University.
