Elizabeth Drori, Sperry’s Chief Marketing Officer, has more than 15 years’ experience guiding fashion organizations and driving revenue growth. Drori is responsible for developing and executing Sperry's global brand strategy, delivering integrated marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints, and leading the brand's global communications, digital advertising, creative services, and social media efforts.
Elizabeth is the former head of marketing for Walmart's fashion business, leading an omnichannel marketing team focused on driving perception change and new customer acquisition. While at Walmart, she launched several new and high-profile fashion brands and oversaw performance marketing to drive double-digit growth on Walmart.com. Prior to her time at Walmart, Elizabeth served in global brand management and strategy at Converse, and she was also a management consultant with BCG. She holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She resides in Newton, Mass., with her two boys.
