With 23 years’ experience in retail, Chip enjoys the everchanging nature of the industry. He enjoys developing creative new concepts but equally enjoys creating efficient and practical workflows. Above all else he values the relationships forged working cross functionally. At M&M’S he has led the design charge for their 3 newest stores in Disney Springs, Mall of America, and Berlin. Prior to M&M’S Chip spent 12 years in Creative Services at Ralph Lauren bringing the iconic company to life across multiple touchpoints and brands.
